Packaging bags are everywhere in daily life, and as living standards rise, so does their quality and variety. Here is a quick introduction to the basics of these ever-present companions — how packaging bags are classified.
Pure Gold: 27 Printing Essentials That Sales, Process, and Prepress Professionals All Collect
1: Know your equipment's technical parameters — maximum and minimum sheet sizes on press, folder folding modes, and so on.

2: Choose the right paper. Work-and-turn layouts need paper with two identical faces, such as coated paper or book paper; papers with different faces, like white cardboard or duplex board, cannot be used for work-and-turn.
3: Imposition tricks: whether you can borrow the gripper edge, whether work-and-turn offsets can be used to nest the layout, and whether to run sheetwise or work-and-turn.
4: For litho-laminated corrugated work, mind both edges: leave at least 8mm bleed at the gripper and the tail. If paper is tight, the glue flap of a color box can go without bleed. Note especially that the corrugated sheet should be 3mm smaller than the printed sheet in both length and width — known as shrink-fit mounting.
5: When mounting, run the corrugated flutes and the printed sheet's grain crosswise, or the board will warp. For carton printing, also watch the whiteness, stiffness, and grain direction of the white board.
