Lingmin Packaging delivers customized digital packaging solutions for you
002 Industry pain points
Pain points common across industries center on production, heavy inventory, rampant diversion, and difficult marketing. Production constraints: regional order production swings between rush and idle, wasting labor and wearing out equipment. Inventory pressure: frequent stockouts and inefficient use of capital prevent fast response. Rampant diversion: without anti-counterfeit and anti-diversion controls, market disorder erodes distributor and consumer confidence in the brand. High marketing overhead: campaigns stall at the distributor level and are hard to execute. One-dimensional marketing: interaction lacks channels, brand loyalty stays low, consumer behavior cannot be analyzed, user data is hard to obtain, and there is no way to understand market demand or market with precision.
03 Lingmin's Customized Industry Solutions
Twenty years deep in packaging have given Lingmin formidable strength. With one-item-one-code smart labels as the foundation and precision marketing and anti-counterfeit traceability systems as twin wings, it keeps breaking through technical barriers, using advanced digital packaging technology as the lever to upgrade the traditional packaging industry — committed to integrated solutions for digital packaging and intelligent platforms.
Solutions are customized to each customer's needs. Anchored by labels plus dual systems (precision marketing + anti-counterfeit traceability), the approach integrates high technologies such as line retrofits, digital inkjet printing, automated data capture, computing, and network communications together with internet tools. By assigning each individual product a QR-coded label ID, it enables one-item-one-code digital marketing management, vigorously linking and opening up every stage and connecting resources — bringing information-driven, digital management to production, warehousing, sales, field inspection, and consumption, and strengthening full-chain control across the production, sales, circulation, and service stages of every major industry.
001 Production Line Coding Methods
Depending on each industry's packaging characteristics, codes are typically applied via one-item-one-code anti-counterfeit QR codes on packaging boxes, or through integrated smart QR-coded packaging boxes. Production line data capture: one-item-one-code, precise lane sorting, on-demand diversion, and automated industrial control — connecting internal production systems to capture batch numbers, production workshops, responsible personnel, production lines, raw material records, supply chain data, and every other link along the line.
002 Data Capture
Bottle-to-case, case-to-pallet, and product-to-line association: product information is linked by scanning codes at data capture ports, and pallet codes are scanned into the warehouse.
003 Inventory Management
Planned warehousing, flexible shipping, order-to-bottle and bottle-to-merchant association. Scan the order code and location code to check when stock entered the warehouse, apply first-in-first-out to pick the right cases, then scan the case codes for outbound to generate the shipping record for that location.
004 Channel Distribution Management
Distributors manage inbound and outbound shipments through the channel management system, giving brands real-time visibility into channel inventory so they can stock accordingly and avoid oversupply. Price protection is enforced for each distributor's territory. Using big data from consumer scans, market inspectors compare where goods should have shipped against where they actually appear, triggering anti-diversion alerts.
005 Marketing Management
Scan-to-win red packet campaigns, loyalty points, physical rewards, shop-owner distribution, and promoter rebates. 006 Consumer engagement: regional campaigns, precision marketing, interactive consumption, and viral promotion. 007 Product recall and accountability: scan to look up a problem product's batch number, production workshop, responsible personnel, production line, raw material records, and supply chain; trace and recall affected products by batch through logistics and production records, and trace the production process to identify the root cause.
Lingmin's customized digital packaging solutions digitize information management at every step, strengthening brands' end-to-end control — making traceability easier and marketing more precise. They provide the data source for smart IoT big-data platforms, turning packaging into a true self-media channel and a carrier for the Internet of Everything.

As the face of a brand on garments, a hang tag's look and quality matter a great deal, and many brands favor coated paper as their hang tag material. Today, garment hang tag manufacturer Lingmin Label introduces coated paper, which comes in two types: single-side coated (C1S) and double-side coated (C2S):
Single-side coated (C1S) paper is coated and polished on one side only, while the other side is like ordinary printing paper. It suits single-sided printing or sheet mounting (laminating two or more sheets together). Some customers need a thicker stock, or small tags that only look premium with extra thickness, so several sheets are mounted together to reach the required caliper. C1S paper is commonly used for single-sided hang tags, watch tags, paper carrier bags, garment bags, trade show bags, packaging boxes, and more.
