Time never stands still, and Lingmin kept pace. By 2019, after more than a decade of steady accumulation, it had amassed a large portfolio of technical patents, deepened its experience, and refined its service; its new Shanghai production base opened with world-class digital package-printing equipment and several specialized lines. Building on its traditional business, it kept innovating and developing, forming an integrated, customized digital packaging capability of coding + marking + systems. It earned High-and-New-Technology Enterprise status in 2020 while maintaining supply through the pandemic and growing against the trend; became Fengxian District's top taxpaying printing enterprise in 2021; joined the district's 2022 Industrial Foundation Strengthening project list (just 26 companies); and won Sci-Tech Little Giant status the same year.

Founded in 2003, Lingmin Packaging is a high-tech enterprise integrating design, R&D, production, and sales, located in the Oriental Beauty Valley of Shanghai's Fengxian District — China's cosmetics capital. It now operates a dedicated label production base in Shanghai and a dedicated thermal paper base in Henan, with a carton and box base in Tianjin in preparation. On September 24, 2022 — a clear, bright day of blue skies and gentle breeze — a new million-yuan-class machine arrived at the gates of Lingmin's Shanghai base in the morning glow, marking another great stride forward: high-precision equipment powering a more complete production line-up for digital-smart packaging.
